Finland opens embassy in Astana
 ASTANA. March 3. KAZINFORM. /Kanat Kulshmanov/ An opening ceremony of the embassy of Finland in Kazakhstan has been held in 'Astana Tower' Business Center in Astana today.

Finnish Ambassador Mikko Kinnunen and Minister for Foreign Trade and Development Paavo Väyrynen took part in the ceremony.

"I am pleased to take part in the opening of new Finnish embassy in Kazakhstan and at the same time open a new stage in our relations. We have fulfilled our promise given to President Nursultan Nazarbayev in Finland a year ago. The decision to open embassy in Kazakhstan was a natural result of rapid development of our interaction in all spheres", Mr. Väyrynen said.
