ASTANA. March 2. KAZINFORM. /Rassul Bakhamov/ Development of domestic production is one of the topical issues for today. Kazakh Prime Minister Karim Massimov said it at the enlarged meeting of Nur Otan Party's Parliamentary Faction on Tuesday.

He noted that the establishment of the Customs Union led to creation of new conditions for producers and consumers. From a consumer's perspective, the benefit is that the Customs Union will reduce inflation, since more competition entails more goods. On the other hand, there come the time of new trials and challenges for Kazakhstan's producers.

K. Massimov noted that following the President's instruction there would be adopted a business development program till 2020 aimed at decreasing administrative barriers, subsidizing interest rates and etc. Besides, the Government will take additional measures to support domestic producers.
