ASTANA. February 24. KAZINFORM /Kanat Kulshmanov/ Yesterday at the session oft he Government Kazakh Prime Minister Karim Massimov charged the Ministries of Agriculture and Energy and Mineral Resources to work out the issue of provision of the agricultural producers with petroleum, oil and lubricants (POL) during the period of sawing campaign.

The Government discussed draft Law "On sate regulation of production and selling of some types of oil products", aimed at prevention of seasonal fluctuation of prices for socially significant types of POL excluding the opportunity of price collusion of the participants of this market segment.

According to Minister of Energy and Mineral Resources Sauat Mynbayev, the draft Law will create a transparent mechanism of pricing at the POL market for both merchant wholesale and mediators.

Within the discussion of the issue the Head of the Government charged to prepare a session with Governors.
