Tomorrow, he is planned to meet with the staff of "Decenta" Public Foundation, the nongovernmental organization under the aegis of the EU Representation, which realizes two projects under European Initiative for Democracy and Human Rights Program.

A press conference upon the results of implementation of the projects "Development of Independent Regional Mass Media through Building Qualitative Business Journalism" and "Improving Life Quality through Protection of Rights" will be held in the Pavlodar House of Friendship.

The diplomat will take part in the session on the EU grant programs in the spheres of healthcare, NGOs and local government.
