KARASHASH-ANA MAUSOLEUM
Karashash-Ana Mausoleum is a historical and architectural monument of XIX century in Sairam municipality of Sairam village. The mausoleum was constructed in the type of portal-cupola mausoleums of late middle Ages on the territory of South Kazakhstan.

The mausoleum was constructed in XII century above the grave of Karashash Ana - the mother of great scientist Hodja Akhmet Yassavi. It was reconstructed in XIX century.

There is a grave of Karashash-Ana in the center of the mausoleum. Near her grave there are also the graves of her relatives - Ibragim-Hodja, Suleimen-Hodja, Salim-Hodja and Daut-Hodja.

The real name of Karashash-Ana is Aisha bibi, she was the daughter of famous Sheikh Musa in Sairam.
