ASTANA. February 22. KAZINFORM /Dimash Syzdykov/ Chairmanship of Kazakhstan in OSCE gives an opportunity to elaborate new mechanisms of interaction and face-off to current challenges; Chairman of the Committee for Foreign Affairs, Defense and Security of Majilis of the Kazakh Parliament Amzebek Zholshibekov has said it today at the international research conference OSCE Human Dimension: General and Topical Priorities in 2010.

According to him Kazakhstan jointly with other OSCE states will search for solution to many issues by developing joint mechanism aimed at prevention of possible crisis situations. The experience of Kazakhstan in maintaining of ethno-cultural diversity and interfaith tolerance can be of interest to European countries.

Besides, A. Zholshibekov noted that the issues of security in the present-day world have acquired new features. "Present reality is characterized by participation of all humanity in global process. Spread of such phenomena as terrorism, extremism and drug traffic can lead to disruption of global stability and change of global order", - he said.

According to him the national security depends on the process of real integration of countries to world and regional security systems as well as stability of economic development and preserving stability for domestic policy process.

In this regard OSCE is one of the most unique and universal organizations dealing with security enhancement through early prevention of conflicts.
