PM congratulates biathlete Elena Khrustaleva on silver
ASTANA. February 19. KAZINFORM /Damir Baimanov/ Kazakhstan Prime Minister Karim Massimov has congratulated Kazakh biathlete Elena Khrustaleva on the silver medal on the behalf of the Government.  

"Today Minister Temirkhan Dosmukhambetov informed me of the first silver medal. I want to congratulate on it on the behalf of the Government", he said.
