Delegation of Hungary's Kodolanyi Janos University visits Astana
ASTANA.  February 9. KAZINFORM /Rasul Bakhamov/ A delegation of the Kodolanyi Janos University has been received in the Ministry of Tourism and Sports in Astana today. The meeting aimed at familiarization of the Hungarian representatives with the program of organization of distance learning and training the specialists in tourism sphere.

Advisor to the Kazakh Minister Yevgeny Nikitinsky said 17 universities of the country trained the students in tourism to date. "Alongside, Kazakhstan is interested in Hungary's and other European countries' experience in this sector. Kazakhstani students have a unique opportunity to obtain good higher education on the European level", he added.

According to the representatives of the Kodolanyi Janos University, this higher educational institution is one of the prestigious and strongest educational facilities in the country, especially in training the specialists in tourism sphere. 8, 000 young people are studying there at present.

In the nearest time, the Hungarian delegation plans to hold various workshops, give lectures regarding innovation technologies in tourism as well as to meet with the representatives of Astana tourist and hotel sectors.
