ASTANA.  February 8. KAZINFORM  /Dimash Syzdykov/  In January 2010 the community liaison offices of Nur Otan People's Democratic party received over 5, 000 citizens' appeals, Chief of the community liaison office Zhumazhan Zhukenov has made it public at a weekly briefing today.

According to him, 1, 602 appeals have already been sent to the authorized bodies. 423 of them have already found positive solution. In total, 722 citizens received answers.

Analysis shows that the majority of the questions relate to housing (23%), housing-utilities sphere (15%) and disagreement with courts' decisions (11%).
