ASTANA. January 29. KAZINFORM /Valentina Yelizarova/ The mechanism of the state-private partnership needs perfection; President of Kazakhstan Nursultan Nazarbayev has said it today addressing the nation with his annual message at the joint session of the Kazakh Parliament.

"We have launched this mechanism in Kazakhstan but it requires perfection in accordance with the world's best practice", the President stated.

In this connection the Head of the State urged the Government to make a number of legislation amendments. "I charge the Government to make corresponding amendments to the law on concessions in the first half of the year. It is necessary to envisage creation of special project organizations with a special legal status", N. Nazarbayev noted.

The amendments must concern the issues of adjustment of the activity for special economic zones. "We must create all necessary conditions in Kazakhstan for attraction of investors ready to work in our region", the President of Kazakhstan emphasized.
