ASTANA. January 21. KAZINFORM /Muratbek Makulbekov/ In 2010 the agrarian science budget is to make up about KZT 5.5 bln. Vice Minister of Agriculture Marat Orazayev has announced it at a visiting session of the Committee on Agrarian Issues and Environment Protection in KazAgroInnovation JSC.

"0.26 percent of value of gross agricultural output is allocated for financing scientific research. The deputies participated and helped in allocation of these funds from the budget", the Vice Minister said.

According to him, at the initiative of the Ministry the Kazakhstan-Israel bilateral fund in the field of agrarian research is under creation. The funds for its creation are foreseen from the 2010 budget.
