ASTANA. January 20. KAZINFORM /Serik Sabekov/ Kazakh Ministry of Environmental Protection has developed a draft state program "Zhassyl Damu" for 2010-2014; Minister of Environment Nurgali Ashimov has informed of it today at the enlarged session of the collegium.  

He reminded that the Head of the State urged to create the National Center for production waste management at the XVIII session of the Council of Foreign Investors. The program was developed to implement his instruction.

"The state program is aimed at improving the environment as well as stable development of the society", N. Ashimov said.

According to him several programs were included into the draft state program: the Environmental Program for 2008-2010; Program for Balkhash-Alakol basin for 2007-2009; draft Program for Semipalatinsk test-nuclear polygon for 2010-2012 and others.
