Head of Karken LLP Sairan Bukanov has well acquired this ancient true in the childhood, and today its enterprise is one of the most successful ones in Kostanay region. For his fidelity to profession and diligence the farmer has been recently awarded with high rank Kazakhstannyn Yenbek Yeri.

The work in agriculture he choose when he was young. In 1973 he entered the Kostanay affiliate of Tselinograd Agricultural Institute. His labor activity he began with the position of agronomist in Borovskoy village of Borovskoy municipality in Kostanay region. Since 1948 he was the director of Kharkovsky village in Borovskoy municipality which was modified into Karken LLP in 1997 of Mendykarinsk municipality in Kostanay region. In 1999 he was awarded with Kurmet Order for his labor services.

Karken LLP headed by Sairan Bukanov is one of the successful ones in the region. The enterprise is economically profitable and is engaged in cultivation of grain crops, meat and milk production.

His enterprise takes an active part in programs financed by the state and aimed at further development of the village. According to the farmer the state is rendering a great support to the agrarian sector of the country. Due to the state support living conditions in rural districts of Kazakhstan has been improved. For example, Karken LLP has totally renewed its agricultural equipment during five years.

"We can proudly proclaim that we use agricultural equipment made in Canada, USA and Argentina. But our task is not only to produce meat and cultivate grain but also to develop social sphere of the rural district where we live and work", - S. Bukanov noted in one of the interviews.

It should be noted that every year his enterprise allocate KZT 5 mln for the development of the local House of Culture, school, water carriage system and improvement of the territory.

At present Karken LLP has presented a business-project on creation of feed yard for 2.5 thousand heads of cattle to "Agrarian Loan Corporation" JSC. The cost of the project is KZT 360 mln.

In Kostanay region Bukanov is well-known not only as one of the most successful and competent heads in agriculture but also as one of the most active and initiative deputies of the regional Maslikhat. From any tribune he always firmly defends his opinion.
