Ministry of Culture and Information invites NGOs to work over National Unity Doctrine - Executive Secretary
ASTANA. November 23. KAZINFORM /Muratbek Makulbekov/ The Kazakh Ministry of Culture and Information invites NGOs to work over the National Unity Doctrine of Kazakhstan. Executive Secretary of the Ministry Zhanna Kurmangaliyeva has said it in her speech at the "IV Civil forum: summing up results and defining the priorities of development of the civil society" held in Korme.

"As the head of the State emphasized within the direct line, all intellectual potential of the nation should be involved in discussion of this strategic document. And NGOs can take active part in it and become an effective dialog platform", Z.Kurmangaliyeva said.

Z.Kurmangaliyeva named other promising cooperation directions with NGO - joint projects on strengthening interethnic and interfaith concord, state language development, improvement of the quality of the domestic mass media content, implementation of the creative potential of the Kazakhstanis.

Besides, in her opinion, NGOs should expand their activity. At present, NGOs focus their attention to big cities, and in this connection the Ministry is ready to render support to recourse centers, which will work with rural areas.
