Zhambyl rgn to open 13 kindergartens and 2 mini-centres

TARAZ. KAZINFORM 13 new kindergartens and 2 mini-centres will be put into commission in the Zhambyl region by the year-end. 3,370 more kids will have a chance to attend preschool organizations built through the Balapan state program.

There are 385 kindergartens in the region so far able to accommodate more than 40,000 children. 74 day-care facilities and 132 mini-centres were opened during 2010-2013 under this program. It is necessary to build 88 more kindergartens and 53 mini-centres to enroll 100% of kids aged 3-6. As of today the region's population approaches 1,08 mln people.
