US Ambassador to Kazakhstan wears shapan

ASTANA. KAZINFORM The press service of the U.S. Embassy in Kazakhstan has posted a photo of Ambassador George A. Krol wearing the Kazakh shapan (national gown), Kazinform correspondent reports.

"Like many others, US Ambassador to Kazakhstan George Krol, loves wearing the Kazakh shapan. Who knows what in his right hand is?" the press service says about the picture posted on Facebook .
