Street Workout gains popularity in Almaty

ALMATY. KAZINFORM - A playground for Street Workout lovers has been unveiled in Almaty today. "Three more are expected to be opened in the city by yearend," Managing Director of World Class Almaty Valikhan Ten announced.

"We promote healthy lifestyle within the framework of the President's message and the Salamatty Kazakhstan State Program. We plan to erect such playgrounds for sport junkies across the city. We will also conduct master classes on the Street Workout training program and healthy habits," Mr. Ten said. He also added that the World and Asian Street Workout championships are likely to take place in Almaty. "The more people will train at these playgrounds, the better," added acting champion of Kazakhstan in Street Workout and member of the Mix Team Almaty Alexander Stashkov.
