ASTANA. August 30. KAZINFORM Our Constitution clearly marks Kazakhstan's commitment to an open foreign policy course, President of Kazakhstan Nursultan Nazarbayev said speaking at the international scientific conference " Constitution - the basis of social modernization of society and state" held at the Palace of Peace and Accord in Astana.

"We develop economic integration with Russia and Belarus - our neighbors in the Customs Union and the Single Economic Space. We develop good relations with our big neighbors - China and Russia, which are our key partners. Kazakhstan's trade with the EU reached USD 50 billion. That is, we have built a relationship of trust all around our borders, and we have, in fact, only friends in the world," Nursultan Nazarbayev emphasized.
