Nursultan Nazarbayev and John Ordway debated bilateral coop issues

ASTANA. September 12. KAZINFORM Today Head of State Nursultan Nazarbayev has received Charge D'Affaires of the United States to Kazakhstan John Ordway, the President's press service reports.

During the meeting the parties debated bilateral cooperation development between Kazakhstan and the United States.

"For many years Kazakhstan has been the strategic partner of the Unites States of America. We supported Kazakhstan's OSCE chairmanship and hail the country's OIC chairmanship. Kazakhstan is a very important partner for us. Our opinions and interests on many issues of the international agenda, including counter- terrorism and non-proliferation coincide," Mr Ordway told journalists after the meeting with the President.
