New Year fireworks flamed balcony in Almaty block of flats (PHOTO, VIDEO)

ASTANA. KAZINFORM Fire broke out on the third-floor balcony of a block of flats in Almaty. A video of the fire was shared by an Instagram user. As per the video, the fire occurred at around 00:00 - 00:30. As per preliminary version, the flame was caused by the New Year fireworks.
