Magnitude-4.6 earthquake jolts Kazakhstan

ASTANA. KAZINFORM - An earthquake measuring 4.6 on the MPV scale has been recorded in Kazakhstan earlier this morning. It stroke at 12:51 a.m. Almaty time. 

The epicenter of the quake was located on the territory of Kazakhstan, 224 kilometers north of Almaty city.

It hit at a depth of 15 kilometers.
