Kazakhstan to introduce visa-free regime for foreign citizens

ASTANA. KAZINFORM - Kazakhstan plans to introduce a visa-free regime for foreign citizens of most developed countries with the period of stay of 90 days, this has been reported today by the Minister of Economy and Budget Planning of Kazakhstan Yerbolat Dossayev.

"These measures include the introduction of a unilateral visa requirements for citizens of most developed countries with the period of stay equaled to 90 days, as well as providing investor visas for heads of structural units of foreign companies", said Y.Dossayev at the investment conference in the framework of the meeting of ADB Board of Governors. In addition, he said that 'it is planned to introduce more simplified procedures to attract foreign labor for investment projects in Kazakhstan'.
