Kazakh tennis player out of KIA Korea Open 2014

ASTANA. KAZINFORM - Kazakhstan's tennis player Yaroslava Shvedova has crashed out of the KIA Korea Open 2014 in Seoul this morning, Kazinform has learned from the official website of the tournament.

In the first-round match, Shvedova was outclassed by German Anna-Lena Friedsam in straight sets 6:7, 5:7. Friedsam needed 1h 41min to send the Kazakh athlete packing. The prize fund of the Seoul-based tournament is $500,000.
