Kazakh President extends condolences to Iran in wake of Sunday plane crash

ASTANA. KAZINFORM Nursultan Nazarbayev was deeply saddened by the news of the tragic airplane accident which occurred on Sunday near Yasuj, Iran, the Akorda press service reports.

"Sharing the bitterness of their loss, on behalf of the people of Kazakhstan and on my own behalf, I extend my condolences to the families and friends of the deceased," the President's telegram reads.
