«EU-Kazakhstan: Innovation through Cooperation» show of technology opened in Astana

ASTANA. May 23. KAZINFORM - Today in Astana Palace of Independencewithin the VI Astana Economic Forum and with the support of the Ministry of Industry and New Technologies there has been opened an exhibition of innovative projects. Organizer of the event is "National Agency for Technological Development" JSC.

"This trade show consists of two parts: at the first we are presenting our domestic projects - works of the institutions of innovative development of Kazakhstan, national companies, research institutes, technology parks, design bureaus and offices of commercialization. It is displacing 20 projects ", told Kazinform reporter the Deputy Chairman of " National Agency for Technological Development " JSC Anuarbek Sultangazin.

"The second part is a fair of Technologies called European Union-Kazakhstan: Innovation through collaboration." Such an exhibition is being held for the first time in the CIS on behalf of President Nursultan Nazarbayev. Hereare the top 15 technologies out of 23 thousand projects in 17 fields of industry, that have been selected on the basis of last year's visit of the President of Kazakhstan to the Republic of Austria and meetings with experts from the European Union for Innovation " informed A.Sultangazin.
