Earthquake strikes 501km southwest of Almaty city

ASTANA. KAZINFORM - An earthquake measuring 5.0 on the MPV scale has been registered near Almaty city today.

The quake hit the territory of China, 501 kilometers southwest of Almaty city.

It was recorded at 3:23 p.m. Almaty time at the depth of 10 kilometers.
