ASTANA. KAZINFORM 4.0-earthquake was recorded in 547km southwest from Almaty, in the territory of Kazakhstan.

As the National Seismological Stations Network informed, the quake occurred on May 28 at 14:08:01. Its energy class made 8.8 and MPV magnitude was 4.0. The coordinates of the quake are: 47.90° north latitude, 74.77° east longitude. The epicenter of the quake was at a depth of 15km.
