100% of school leavers to speak state language in 10 years - N. Nazarbayev

ASTANA. January 28. KAZINFORM /Zhanna Korkitova/ "100 percent of school leavers will speak the state language in 10 years," President of Kazakhstan Nursultan Nazarbayev said at the joint session of the Houses of the Parliament delivering his annual Address to the Nation.

'Our task is to have 80 percent of Kazakhstanis speak the state language till 2017 and 95 percent till 2020. 100 percent of school leavers will speak the state language in 10 years. We will exert every effort to accomplish it', the President added.
